What can you do for the healthcare of tomorrow?
Healthcare in the Netherlands is under increasing pressure, and employees feel these challenges every day. But what if these changes were seen not as challenges, but as opportunities? Through their work, employees have the power to make a difference every single day. This idea comes to life in the three-year employee campaign “Care for Tomorrow”, developed for Fundis, a network of healthcare and social welfare organizations. Through an ongoing social media campaign, office branding, and a surprising and innovative event each year, we guide employees step by step through the change. From awareness to inspiration and finally: action!

Translating awareness into action
From a documentary to an exhibition
We kicked off the campaign with an inspiring documentary about elderly care, told from the perspective of five dedicated colleagues. To move from awareness to inspiration and activation, we then created a traveling experiential exhibition: Later Everything Got Better. Here, our campaign comes to life in a guided tour where employees are not spectators, but participants. Truly joining in, discussing, and voting. That's how they experience the opportunities that the future holds!
