For three days, OVAL inaugurated the Deloitte University EMEA Paris, with a bold ambition: to ensure that each attendee remembers this event for the rest of their lives.
Centered around the concept “Let’s spark it up! Three days to celebrate unexpected connections for growth,” the event celebrated collective empowerment and the power of connections in all forms.
OVAL designed a grand opening under the theme of human, cerebral, geographical, and strategic connections, marking the launch of this training hub. It reflected the unique experience offered by the university and strengthened its employer brand.

From Inspiration to Exploration
Over these three days, OVAL crafted multiple experiences to enrich the personal and collective development program designed by the Deloitte University EMEA teams.
Each day was structured to offer a rich experience to the university’s first visitors, featuring inspiring plenary sessions, innovative workshops, ideation sessions, captivating speakers, surprising activations, and valuable networking moments.
As a bonus, each evening was capped off with exceptional shows, which we created in collaboration with artists Playtronica and Molecule, highlighting both physical and cerebral connections to produce music.
A memorable grand opening that we won’t forget anytime soon either.
